The "New Venice News" returns…
by Melville House

Oene or an imposter?
Fans of Jean-Christophe Valtat‘s Aurorarama may not know that the novel’s Arctic civilization and elaborate mythology originated in an online newspaper known as the “New Venice News.”
We have been alerted that the “New Venice News” is back in print. Perhaps its pages will provide clues to the further plots and power-struggles within the glittering walls of the Arctic city.
An early issue contains a long-distance snapshot of “Oene, the fabled fallen Queen of the Arctic” who is said to mislead travelers.
