Lars Iyer joins the exciting Franklin Park Reading Series in Brooklyn (Prospect Heights)

Lars Iyer will be reading from his new novel, Exodus, at the Franklin Park Reading Series on February 11. The concluding chapter to his trilogy that also includes Spurious and Dogma, the book follows his beloved anti-heroes Lars and W. as they help gear a guerilla philosophy movement — conducted outside the academy, perhaps under bridges — that will save the study of philosophy after the long intellectual desert known as the early 21st-century.

The theme for the night will be “Wanderers,” and the other readers are Karolina Waclawiak (How to Get Into the Twin Palms), Tim Horvath (Understories), Dylan Nice (Other Kinds) and artist/poet Margarita Korol (Spoils of War: Ode to a Refusenik Mother).

Time: 8:00 PM
